Submissions to the NSW PLANNING SYSTEM REVIEW’S ISSUES PAPER December 2011

The NSW Planning System Review’s Issues Paper, The way ahead for planning in NSW?, was released on 6 December 2011 as the outcome of the first ‘listening & scoping’ phase of the Review. The Issues Paper outlines the questions we need to think about regarding planning issues in NSW.

In this phase, we look forward to receiving your ideas about some of the answers to those questions and suggestions about what changes need to be made to the planning system in NSW.

When providing feedback on the Issues Paper, you may also wish to include other ideas you feel were not raised. If you provided a submission during the first phase, you are more than welcome to make another submission with more ideas and suggestions about how the planning system in NSW needs to change.

From the beginning of the Review process, it was decided that copies of all submissions received would be made available on our website in the interests of transparency and openness.
  • If you do not wish your name, address or other details to be made public, please do not include these details in the body of your submission
  • Submissions must include your name and a street address - PO Box addresses will not be accepted
  • If you request to have your name / address withheld, we will publish your submission identifying your suburb / town only.
  • Submissions will be published as submitted
  • Anonymous, defamatory or offensive submissions will be rejected.
Multiple copies received of the same submission will be published and identified as containing similar content.
